The Pink Panther Bowl
What a better way to start of the beginning of an amazing year than with a nutritious, filling and raw-vegan breakfast. I use any excuse I can find to implement roses into my meals since the sweet fragrance of the buds are almost intoxicating. The rosebud flakes not only aesthetically complement smoothie mix but they also taste amazing!
Serves 1 or 2 folx (depending on level of hunger of course..)
1 cup of of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen pineapples
1/2 almond/soy/coconut/rice etc.. etc.. (non-dairy hippie-dippie) milk
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
Garnish/Toppings:
rosebud flakes
flaxseed flakes
chopped banana slices
cranberries
oats
My smoothie bowl got soupy looking pretty quickly :/. If you are looking for a thicker, creamier texture try to utilize a chilled bowl or place the contents in the bowl when it is still thick
