It's official! I am a die-hard smoothie/"milkshake" aficionado. It is getting colder and colder by the day and I still manage to religiously chug these baddies down...
This one is a delicious spin to the blueberry smoothie I usually drink throughout the week.
Serving for two
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh (or frozen) blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of oats
1 cup of non-dairy milk
2 scoops of vanilla non-dairy ice cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp of elderflower or maple syrup
pinch of rosebuds (I love eating flowers)
Who thought veganism could look so good..
