Bath Salts: A How to Guide



All Natural bath salts are a great calming and soothing technique, especially after physical activity. They are also great components to add to spiritual baths.





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Sea Salt
  • 1 cup of Epsom Salt 
  • Dried Herbs (lavender, rosemary and rosebuds)
  • 5-10 of essential oils of your choosing (I used eucalyptus and tea tree)
  • Optional: food coloring 



Mix the epsom salt and sea salt together.

Add drops of the essential oils of your choice, mix it in and let the fragrances set. *Now is the time to add food coloring if you have it*.

Add dried herbs.

Be sure to seal the bath salts in an air tight container.
